時間外の断らない救急を遂行する為に画像検査は重要な役割を担うが、専門外の読影は当直医の負担となっている。今回我々はハワイとの時差を用いた遠隔救急画像コンサルテーションを構築し、救急当直医の負担を軽減するだけでなく、より迅速正確な画像診断で医療安全や、患者予後にも貢献できた。

So we were building a telemedicine from Hawaii using time difference, it was useful for diagnosis on duty. It is not only decrease of their stress, but also contribute for medical safety and patient prognosis.
