近年のmultislice-CTや、MRIの画質向上はめざましく、肩関節領域においても、以前は同定が難しかった小病変の診断が可能となっている。今回は、肩関節の画像診断の基本と、反復性肩関節脱臼、腱板損傷、SLAP損傷の3疾患のCT、MRIなどの画像所見について概説する。
Recently, the improvement of multislice-CT and MR imaging is remarkable. In the shoulder region, the small lesions can be diagnosed by CT and MR imaging. In this pa per, we explain the basis of imaging modality of the shoulder joint, and comment on CT and MRI findin gs of recurrent dislocation of the shoulder, rotator cuff injury and SLAP lesion.
