膝のスポーツ傷害として、前十字靭帯損傷・半月板損傷・膝の離断性骨軟骨炎は日常診療で遭遇する頻度が比較的高い疾患である。MRI読影のための膝の解剖とともに、この3疾患について、疾患の発生機序や推奨される撮像方法、病態の分類、典型的なMRI所見、実際の画像とその説明を記した。
In daily clinical consultation, we frequently encounter anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus injuries, and occasionally experience osteochondritis dissecans of the knee. In this article, we describe mechanisms of injury, appropriate imaging methods, classifications of pathophysiology, and typical findings in MR images of these three diseases. Cases of these disease entities with typical imaging findings are also described.
