MRIの技術革新によってさまざまな撮像が可能となってきている。Synthetic MRIでは一度の撮像で、任意のコントラス強調画像を得ることができる。また、NODDI(neurite orientation dispersion and density imaging)やOGSE法(oscillating gradient spin-echo)によるバイオマーカー検出の可能性など、期待が大きい。MRIは非侵襲的に体内で起きていることを可視化できる素晴らしい技術であり、さらなる発展が期待される。
In recent years, innovation of MRI provided various imaging. As for synthetic MRI, necessary contrastweightings are got by one imaging. In addition, NODDI (neurite orientation dispersion and density imaging) and OGSE method (oscillating gradient spin-echo) may detect new biomarker. We can reduce the scan time by compressed sensing and multi-band technique. This is effective for heart and abdominal examinations. MRI can visualize an internal change in the body noninvasively. It is a wonderful technique. Further development of the MRI is expected in the future.
