流速の速い比較的広径の母血管塞栓術においてはsureなanchoringを行うことが重要である Triple coaxial systemへのconversion可能なCoiling Support EXを用い、PODをfirst coilとして使用することで良好なanchoringが可能で、さらにCarnelian MARVELを孫カテーテルとして挿入することでより細径・柔軟なdetachable coilを用いて密なpacking、確実なfinishingが可能となる。
It is important to perform sure-anchoring in the embolization of relatively large and high-flow vessel. Using POD as a first coil via Coiling Support EX convertible to Triple coaxial system, good anchoring is possible and the insertion of Carnelian MARVEL NON-TAPER as a double coaxial microcatheter allows dense-packing and sure-finishing with a smaller and flexible detachable coil.
