2016年8月から当院のCVポートはパワーポートMRI isp (クロノフレックスカテーテルタイプ)となり、239例に留置している。現在まで不具合は生じていない。カテーテル素材がポリウレタンであり断裂しにくく、ポート穿刺部が触知しやすいが、ポートとカテーテルの接続が硬く、CTマーカーが反転して見えるという若干の難点がある。
Since starting to use PowerPort MRI isp (with Chronoflex Catheter) in August 2016, our hospital has seen no equipment malfunctions in the 239 port placements that we have so far. The polyurethane catheter material contributes to less catheter damage, and the easily palpable septum aids in the placement. However, it comes with a few downsides as well such as additional force needed in connecting a catheter to port, and CT logo stamped on the CT marker becoming upside down after placement.
