肝癌診断における造影3Dの有用性について検討した。造影3Dによる腫瘍血管評価は肝内胆管癌と転移性肝腫瘍の鑑別診断に寄与する可能性が示唆された。また、造影3D後血管像における腫瘍の輪郭評価は肝癌の悪性度診断に寄与する可能性が示唆された。さらに、ドプラ法を応用した造影Smart 3Dは従来のハーモニックイメージングを補完する上で有用と考えられた。
We investigated the usefulness of contrast enhanced three-dimensional ultrasonography (CE3DUS) in diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The examination of tumor vessels imaging using CE3DUS was considered to contribute to the differential diagnosis between intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and liver metastasis. Moreover, the investigation of tumor morphology imaging using CE3DUS was thought to be useful for the diagnosis of malignancy grading in HCC. Furthermore, contrast enhanced Smart 3D using Doppler imaging would be a useful tool to complement Harmonic imaging.
