内容紹介
読影支援技師は、①医師の読影時間の短縮、②読影所見の精度向上、③撮像および検査スキルの向上の観点から大腸CT検査の発展には不可欠と考える。しかしながら、読影支援技師を一般的なものにしていく為には、読影支援技師のスキルを担保する必要が出てくる。その為には、読影支援技師の認定制度の早期の確立が望まれると考える。
The certified radiographer as co-reader of CT colonography is necessary for reasons of following three points.① Shortening of the radiologic interpretations time of the doctor, ②Precision improvement of radiologic interpretations report, ③Improvement of the imaging skill and the inspection skill. To make the certified radiographer as co-reader of CT colonography a general one, of the ability of making the certified radiographer as co-reader of CT colonography it constant is necessary. Therefore I think that the early establishment of the authorized system of the certified radiographer as co-reader of CT colonography.
