我々は放射線治療を専門に行っている医療機関である。今回、電子カルテ端末上で電子カルテと連携して線量分布画像を表示可能なPACSを構築した。臨床現場で線量分布画像を参照可能としたことにより、患者説明、フォローアップ時の確認が容易となった。本稿は、参照した標準規格、ワークフロー、システム構築手順と運用について報告する。
We have constructed PACS with RT-VIEWER function. This system is interoperating with EMR system. The RT-VIEWER can be used on hospital EMR-client and private PC of researchers. The annual number of stored RT studies is about 800 cases (all cases of charged particle therapy in our hospital), and the cumulative total is about 3,500 cases since 2012. RT-VIEWER is utilized by doctors, radiological technologist, nurses and medical physicists, and the number of users is about 250 accounts.
This paper describes the standards related to the RT-VIEWER function, the operation flow of the treatment plan in our hospital and work breakdown/instruction for system construction.
