当院では、検査前に前室で造影用ルートの確保を行い、MR用インジェクターであるSonic Shot GXの「Drip機能」と「ルート確認」を使用することで、ルートの閉塞や血管外漏出の問題に対応した。これにより、検査室内に入る必要性が減少し、造影手技に要する時間の短縮が可能となり検査スループットが向上した。
In our hospital,we are securing contrast medium administration procedure to patients before MRI contrast examination in the aforementioned laboratory. By using Drip and needle placement test which is the safety function of MR-Injector, it corresponds to obstruction of connection and extravasation. To meet the demand, we have been working on the reduction of the time required in contrast medium administration procedure that would allow us to achieve a high exam throughput without compromising the quality of examination. We would like to describe our procedure to you using a representative example.
