近年では冠動脈CTAのデータを用いて非侵襲的に冠血流予備量比(fractional flow reserve:FFR)を予測することが可能になってきている。本稿では循環器画像診断の現在のトピックスの一つであるFFR-CTについて、その理論、適応、オフサイト及びオンサイトFFR-CT、有用性、将来の展望について概説する。
FFR-CT is a fascinating concept,applying computational fluid dynamics to computed tomographic angiography(CTA) images to predict the hemodynamic significance of coronary lesions.FFR-CT has demonstrated significant improvement in specificity and positive predictive value compared with CTA alone for predicting FFR of≤0.80,as well as decreasing the frequency of nonobstructive invasive coronary angiography.The authors review the theory,the usefulness and the prospect of FFR-CT.
