心臓MRIは有用なモダリティーであるが、その検査時間の長さの問題から、本邦における普及はまだまだ不十分である。近年、MRIの新たな高速撮像技術として圧縮センシングが注目されてきている。本稿では、圧縮センシングの基本と心臓MRIへの臨床応用の有用性について述べる。
Cardiovascular magnetic resonance(CMR)is a valuable imaging modality,which may be used to investigate ventricular function,myocardial perfusion,viability,and coronary artery anatomy during a single examination,without radiation exposure.The recent development of the compressed sensing(CS) technique with sparse sampling and iterative reconstruction promises to reduce drastically the acquisition time of CMR.
