半導体SPECT装置を用いたダイナミック心筋血流検査のデータから、冠血流予備能(coronary flow reserve: CFR)を測定することを目的としたソフトウェア:FRATを開発し、冠動脈疾患における有用性を評価した。新しいソフトウェア:4DM Reserveの初期経験も報告する。
We developed and validated a clinically available software named “Flow reserve assessment tool (FRAT)”for CFR quantification by dynamic Tc-99m perfusion SPECT utilizing an ultrafast semiconductor camera, which improves the detectability of multi-vessel coronary artery disease. Dynamic data were acquired and time-activity curves fitted to 1-tissue two compartment analysis with input function. K1 was assigned for stress and rest data. The MFR (myocardial flow reserve) index was calculated as K1 stress/K1 at-rest. We also test the other software named “Alcyone CFR & 4DM Reserve”and report an initial experience in comparison with FRAT.
