内容紹介
2018年春の診療報酬改定では、診療材料について様々適応範囲が広がる見込みである。診療材料の他、診断機器も発展を遂げており、本邦で行えるIVRの幅が広がると思われる。一方薬剤の進歩もめまぐるしく、診療報酬の改定を機にIVRのエビデンスを強固にする必要がある。それが近未来に繋がるのではないかと思う。
In 2018, by the revise of the insurance, the indication of many devices for IR procedure will be extended. In addition, some modality e.g. computed tomography, ultrasonography, and so on, is developed. Therefore IR procedure will be developed. On the other hand, chemotherapeutic agent for cancer, especially Hepatocellular carcinoma, will develop therefore the evidence of our IR procedure should be consolidated. These evolutions maybe lead our bright future.
