脳梗塞において、早期虚血評価と脳血管評価は、急性期血管内治療の適応を判断する上で必須となる。MRIでは造影剤を用いずに虚血評価および血管評価が可能であるが、検査時間が問題となる。当院では、CTを用いた頭部CT angiography、CT perfusionならびに頸動脈・胸部大動脈の評価を1回の検査で行うシステムを導入している。
Evaluations of early ischemic change and of cerebral artery occlusion are necessary to determine endo-vascular treatment. MRI can perform those evaluations without the use of contrast agents although MRI has been the lengthy time required for imaging. In this article, one-time evaluations by CT in our hospital; whole-brain dynamic CT angiography and perfusion imaging, and CT scans of carotid artery and thoracic aorta with contrast media, are shown.
